Live patient heatmap
Red zones show active injuries. Predicted at-risk structures are identified through kinetic chain analysis.
Predictive Injury Prevention
MoveFree is one of the only practices that combines a 3D anatomical body map with kinetic chain prediction to track, visualise, and anticipate injuries — giving every patient a level of insight that goes far beyond a standard consultation.
When one structure is injured, we map the biomechanical chain to identify every muscle, tendon, and ligament at risk of compensation injury — before symptoms appear.
Every issue is visualised on a detailed 3D anatomical model. Pain hotspots, predicted risk zones, and treatment progress — all in one view.
Every session, every structure, every improvement tracked over time. Your practitioner sees the complete picture, not just today's complaint.
Data-driven insights highlight emerging patterns so we can treat the cause — not just the symptom — and keep you moving before problems escalate.
“Your body will tell you the truth. My job is to listen, then help you move again.”

Every treatment is built on current clinical evidence and adapted to you. No cookie-cutter programs. Your body, your sport, your goals — that's what drives the plan.
You see Corinne every session. Not a rotating roster of junior staff. Continuity of care is not a luxury here — it's the standard.
Flexibility matters when your schedule is already maxed out. We come to you, or you come to us — whichever fits your life.
Testimonials
“What an amazing experience. I went to Corinne with a sore leg/hip because I struggled to walk, and I basically left there running. Thank you Corinne, you are awesome!!!”
“Corinne helped me with a back muscle injury and after one session, my back was almost back to normal. Thank you for you professional service.”
“I have been receiving treatment from Corinne for more than three years for chronic muscle pain that had been diagnosed as fibromyalgia. Her exceptional knowledge of anatomy, professional approach, and ability to identify and treat the underlying causes of pain, rather than merely the symptoms, have had a profound impact on my quality of life.”
“Corinne is very caring and friendly. The practise creates a feeling of calmness and her treatment is on point .”
“I’ve been through a lot of trauma with my husband’s illness and his passing as well as covid when i was in hospital for 2 months, on a ventilator in a coma. I’ve struggled with severe stiffness and inflammation in my body. I struggled with my knees and my Orthopedic surgeon said i will need knee replacements soon. My friend referred me to Corinne who started doing fascia release with me. Best thing i’ve ever done. I’ve felt so much better and also lighter emotionally afterwards. They’ve also sorted out my knees when they realised the tendons around my knees have shortened from lying in hospital for so long. Today i can run, do lunges and squats and i’m 20yrs away from knee replacements. Corinne is a brilliant physical therapist and such a lovely person who makes one feel at ease and i will definately recommend her to everyone who struggles aches and pains and sports injuries.
